You are a creative thinker with many brilliant ideas, but you don’t know how to tackle them effectively? Or you already have a project idea, but you don’t know how to start it?
In part I of this workshop you will learn the theoretical essentials of international project management: the entire project cycle from problem identification to project planning, implementation and finalization.
In part II you will choose your own project and define your SMART goals. You will elaborate the target group, measures, responsibilities, resources, time frame and monitoring. You will present your project in a pitch.
We will also focus on soft skills like team spirit, reliability, clearness in communication, mutual understanding, feedback culture and intercultural aspects in international project management.

- Design Thinking Approach
- Theory of Change (TOC) and Logframes
- Finances: Business Plan, Funding und Fundraising
- Customer Journey
- Entrepreneurship: Chances & Risks
Please note in your registration if you need a room with breakfast to stay overnight.

We will send participants further information one week before the seminar begins.
Note on the binding nature of registration with STUBE
Once you have been accepted for a STUBE seminar, your participation is binding. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration at least one week before the seminar begins!
If you fail to attend the seminar without giving notice and without a valid excuse, you will be barred from participating in STUBE seminars for one semester. This also means that you will not be eligible to apply for emergency funding for that semester!!!
